A reliable, comfortable, and safe weighted vest with good build quality and a variety of weight options. A strong choice for beginners and intermediate athletes who want a vest that works across multiple training styles—especially outdoor workouts where reflectivity matters. I did have a issue with removing the snap buckle in the front of the weighted vest. I was unsuccessful at removing it by pushing in the releases on each side. I did have to remove the strap to get the vest off the first time. With a different angle, after taking it off, I was able to remove the buckle. I would have rated 5 stars if not for the difficulty that I encountered with the buckle. Still a solid weighted vest option that distributes the weight evenly.
